Waiting times
On occasion, our waiting times can be 1 week for new clients and follow up bookings. We value all our clients and will endeavour to do our best to keep these waiting times to a minimum. When you make a booking with us you automatically go on the waiting list for a cancellation so we can see you sooner if possible.
Language
Is English not your first language? If you need an interpreter please ask our staff who can arrange this for you. Any costs incurred for this service are to be met by the patient.

Support Person or Chaperone
You are welcome to have a chaperone, family member, whanau, or support person of your choice present during treatment. Feel free to bring anyone with you to your Physio appointments.
